Accountant

We are a reputed property development company in Gampaha, presently operating in low key, but having a large asset base, with many stalled projects, planed to resume this year.

The job responsibilities include;

• Manage accounting operations including accounting process, budgeting, effective cash Roar management etc.
• Prepare accurate financial reports to Board of Directors
• Analyze financial performance, cost optimization and provide financial incites for decision making
• Preparation of timely annual accounts co-operating with external auditors
• Ensure fulfilling statutory obligations such as fling timely tax returns, making payments etc.

What suitable person should have;

• A degree from a recognized university preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management
• Part qualifications in CA, ACCA or LIMA not below intermediate level
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, incluive of QB accounting software package
