Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Performing Requirement Analysis
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT system enhancements.
• performing Gap/Fit analysis by comparing the new requirements against the existing system functionalities.
• Preparing Requirements documentations
• Collaborate with Development and IDA teams to ensure the requirements are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Preparing End user Guides/ online Help contents
• Post implementation support / Incident Management

What we are looking for

• 3-4 years of experience in IT system analysis or business analysis. Strong knowledge of business process modelling and system documentation.
• Experience with EPP, financial or other enterprise IT systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
