Program Analyst / Desktop Engineer

We are looking for Program Analysts / Desktop Engineers with years of experience to join our dynamic team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Provide end-user computing support for office users and remote support for work-from-home users.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows OS and applications
• New PC or laptop installation, re-imaging
• Desktop and laptop OS patch management and AV management
• Support printers and peripherals.
• Support soft and hard phone issues.
  Provide basic LAN support, including internet troubleshooting and laptops.
• When troubleshooting client specific applications issues, coordinate with international support teams.
