System Support Specialist

Scope of the Role

Finalizing monthly secondary sales for rebate calculations, maintaining accurate master data across systems, producing analytical reports on business growth opportunities, assisting in the transition of digitalization initiatives, and overseeing the implementation of new systems in the commercial function are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Finalization of secondary sales monthly for rebate calculations.
• Accurate master data maintenance in different systems.
• Troubleshoot and solve commercial system related issues and provide alternative solutions.
• Drive smooth transition of digitalization initiatives within the commercial department.
• Produce Analytical reports focusing on business growth opportunities.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems in the commercial function and enhance opportunities to improve in the existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2+ years’ of experience in Information Technology functions in an executive capacity.
• Strong technical skill of applications.
• Exceptional customer service and effective communication skills.
