IT Support Technician

Requirements:

• Following or completed NVCI Level in Computer hardware & networking
• Minimum 1 year working experience in IT
• Experience ICT infrastructure administration and maintenance
• Knowledge of network. firewall, server, UM POS, printer configurations operation
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi & CCTV network administration
• Strong network system troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Desktop, laptop POS, printer troubleshooting & repairing

Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure administration of the Hotel.
• Install and configure hardware, Operating systems software systems.
• Hardware troubleshooting repairing.
• Network & troubleshooting repairing.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware & software issues hardware
• Vendor relationship management with all key vendors to ensure obtaining the highest standards of service.
