QUALIFICATION

• Experience: 2+ years as a OA engineer with automation
• A highly experienced QA professional responsible for leading and mentoring junior QA engineers while contributing to the design and implementation of robust testing strategies
• Lead and mentor junior OA engineers, providing guidance and support on testing methodologies and best practices.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans, including risk assessments and test coverage analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), including integration with Cl/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews for automated tests and provide feedback to improve test quality and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the development process.
• Stay abreast of the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
