Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence, Thamalu Group is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization strategically towards new heights.

What will I be doing: Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Oversee business operations, including sales, customer service, Change management, and process optimization across multiple business segments.
• Drive revenue and profitability targets while ensuring adherence to budgets and financial compliance.
• Lead performance management by implementing and monitoring ICP15, addressing gaps, and celebrating achievements.
• Foster a high-performance team culture by mentoring senior leaders and promoting collaboration.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to remain competitive in the industry.

What We’re Looking For: Experience, Qualification & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Business Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of senior management experience, with a minimum of 3-9 years in a CEO or equivalent role. Having experience in a group of companies will be a definite advantage.
• Proven success in leading multi-functional teams and achieving business growth.
• Strong expertise in retail, customer service, and operational management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
