Rajida Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading software solution provider to Cooperative Banks and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), serving more than 750 organizations locally and overseas, with 20 years of experience in the industry.

We are currently seeking skilled IT Executives to provide technical support for Rajida Banking Software by online and visiting our client organizations

Specific Duties:

• Provide regular technical support services to clients for the Rajida Banking System by online and visiting their premises
• Regularly updates customers’ software systems and supplementary features and trains their staff
• Respond promptly to and resolve reported customer technical issues

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technically sound in computer hardware, operating systAms and MS Office package.
• Good accounting knowledge (A/L or relevant qualification)
• 1+ Years experience in relevant field
• Having your own mode of transport (motorbike preferred)
