Senior Technical Business Analyst

We, GENESIIS SOFTWARE (PVT) LTD is an Information and Communications Technology provider with core competency in software development, systems integration, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and Telecommunications; incorporated in year 2001 whose software services cover the design and construction of business systems based on reference frameworks such as Java Enterprise Edition, Microsoft.NET and Open Source technologies serving to both Corporate and Government purposes.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, create requirement specification documents, use cases, data models, object-oriented models, and propose DB Schema.
• Conduct solution, functional and technical analysis with required prototypes (eg: Mockups, DB Schema etc.) using business process tools.
• Coordinate with Project Manager/ Developers/ QA for product development and monitor the progress.
  Ideal candidate should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in using BA tools to do mockups/ use cases.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English language.
• Must have passion, enthusiasm and should be a team player.
