Key Responsibilities:

• Assist In troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support the Helpdesk teats in daily operations and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.
• Provide technical support to employees.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and assets.

Requirements:

• A diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, hardware,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
