• Manage day-to-day operations and meet Gold loan targets.
• Accurately identify, evaluate, and verify the authenticity of Gold items and customers.
• Ensure the security of all Gold items at the branch.
• Safeguard Gold stock and ensure timely recovery follow-ups.
• PROFILE
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Gold loan operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Gold valuation and loan processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective team player with marketing skills for acquiring new customers.
