Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining IT infrastructure , IT Inventory , and other IT documents
• Installing and configuring computer hardware , software printers ,scanner , and other IT peripherals
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and user requests via call , e mails & end- user support
• Good knowledge in Windows
• Strong network troubleshooting skills
• To repair and service laptops, Computers, UPS and printers, etc. Good knowledge in, Wireless technologies and IP Addressing
• Monitor and maintain Operating system , Endpoint and backup applications
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology product and services •
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  Key Requirements
• Diploma / HND or equivalent qualification
• Poven working experience of at least 02 years
• Ability to work long hours if required
