Customer Care Technician Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • NVQ Level 4 or higher in a technical
  • Diploma in CRM or a higher qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English & Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Age – below 35
