Customer Care Technician Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
- NVQ Level 4 or higher in a technical
- Diploma in CRM or a higher qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English & Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Age – below 35
