SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain HCI environments within the datacenter to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Oversee and prioritize firewall configurations. ensuring robust security policies. monitoring, and compliance.
• Identify, analyze, and remediate system vulnerabilities to mitigate risks and ensure security best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot switching and routing technologies to support seamless network operations.
• Ensure the stability, security. and efficiency of IT infrastructure, focusing on both network integrity and system security.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to support ongoing infrastructure improvements and security initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., BSc in IT).
• Relevant certifications in HCI, firewall management, or security are highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure. particularly in firewall security and vulnerability remediation.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Expertise in firewall management, including configuration. monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Proven experience in vulnerability assessment and remediation processes.
• Strong knowledge of HCI systems and datacenter infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in network switching and routing technologies.
• Solid understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on security and infrastructure optimization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across IT functions.
