Business Analyst – Trainee

IceHrm (https://icehrm.com) is a leading open-source human resource management system.

You should have:

• A degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Passion to learn about maintaining the business processes related to a software application efficiently.
• A bit of knowledge in PHP or JavaScript.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Analyzing business requirements and proposing new features.
• Work with IceHrm customers to identify their requirements.
• Analyze the requirements and propose solutions based on current features of IceHrm.
• Improving IceHrm Documentation.
• Making sure IceHrm releases are bug free and stable.
