Zephyr Solutions (Pvt) Ltd a young and rapidly growing FinTech company in Sri Lanka is looking for a new team member.

We are seeking candidates who could be able to collect due loans over the phone and use new customer approach methods.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments on past due loans
• Create a list of people who have not made payments
• Locate customers using credit information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases
• Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing
• Inform clients of overdue accounts and the amount currently owed
• Attempt to collect payment

Requirements

• A/L qualification
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Ability to learn quickly and adaptable
• Previous working experience in Banking/ Finance/ Insurance/ Call Center is an advantage for the role

Remuneration

The remuneration package is negotiable and would be in line with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
