We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as a ‘SeniorCorporate Lawyer’,

The ideal candidate should

• Be an Attorney-at-Law with a minimum of 10 years of experience in drafting and reviewing corporate/ commercial agreements
• Expertise in M&A, due diligence, tax law, investment law, private equity, and conveyancing.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take on challenges with a positive attitude
• Have a smart, pleasant, and outgoing personality
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Ability to manage a team of Paralegals and Legal Associates

The Job

• Assisting in drafting, and reviewing all types of corporate and commercial agreements
• Coordinating with stakeholders and higher management across the firm
• Liaising with local and international clients
• Participating in work related to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, legal research, and advisory.
• Conducting training sessions for Paralegals and Legal Associates.
