UX Designer/Developer

We are looking for a talented UX Designer/Developer to join our team. You will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to design, prototype and implement clean, intuitive user experiences for our mobile and web applications.

• Responsibilities:
• Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web applications using Figma
• Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate user flow and interactions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform UX decisions
• Partner with engineering team to implement pixel-perfect, polished UI interfaces in Flutter
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing requirements
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to constantly improve UX
• Drive consistency and best practices in UX across web, ixS and Android
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UVUX trends, patterns and technologies
  
• Requirements:
• 3+ years of Ul/UX design experience focused on mobile and responsive web
• Expert skills with design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design skills
• Solid front-end development skills with Flutter
• Ability to translate wireframes and mocks into high quality code
• Passion for staying current on design trends and technologies
• Ability to iterate quickly and manage ambiguity
• Comfortable collaborating in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  

• Ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience conducting user research and A/B testing
• Data-driven approach backed by analytics and experiments
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with back-end systems
• Animation/motion design skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HCI, Design or equivalent field
