We are looking for dynamic, result oriented individuals with experience to work in the Ambalantota Plant.

• UGC accepted a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification with learning not less than 03 years
• 5 years working experience as an Assistant Manager HR or 03 years as Manager HR
• exposure in strategic HR and hands-on experience in people development activities
• Capable recruitment strategies with experience in building a quality workforce
• A leader with high integrity/ care for people to build a disciplined and capable workforce
• Exposure beyond the apparel industry would be an added advantage
• Age 30 – 40
