Graphic Designer

Overview

Tribe is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer that can bring graphics to life and use a strong creative background to create powerful stories across multiple mediums.

Job Requirements:

• Understand the Tribe creative and branding process to align your approach with its requirements
• Create and design engaging visuals, which can be adopted across a range of mediums and platforms
• Take initiative in coming up with concepts, layouts, and visual strategies for Tribe
• Plan the marketing calendar from conceptualization to execution of online marketing content to drive web traffic and engagement
• Be a self-managed individual with a proactive mindset
• Communication skills (English) and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a start-up culture and embrace a fast-paced environment
• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback and meet tight deadlines
• Originality and creativity

Must-Have Design Requirements:

• A thorough understanding of photography, typography, and layouts
• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software such as:

2. Photoshop
3. Illustrator
4. InDesign
5. After Effects
6. Premier Pro
7. 2D/3D Animation
8. FX / Motion Graphics
