Trainee Network Engineer

Micronet Global Services PVT LTD is a leading Company in the field of Outsourcing of Staff and processors, Manpower and Development Services and Headhunting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications for production, development, and test environment.
• Provide system administration function systems including server administration, automation, patch management, capacity/log monitoring, clustering, and replication.
• Coordinate the installation of maintenance of server hardware, configuration, and general management.
• Generate and publish required reports/ dashboards as required.
• Ensure calls/emails are responded to as per SLAS defined.
• Escalate unresolved issues/ requests to the appropriate teams; including research groups, Microsoft support, vendor support etc.

Skills

• Must have a thorough knowledge of all windows server operating systems concepts, Domains, active directory and its concepts, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, and application software.
• Hands-on working experience in MS Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista/Win 7 /Win 8,
• MS Office 2000/2003/XP/2007/2010/2013, Antivirus utilities, performance management utilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office Tools.
• Good Knowledge in Networking, Internet Protocols.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years’ experience is required.
