Trainee – Human Resources
Job Profile:

• Support the HR functions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to dates files.
• Handing EPF/ETF registration, completion of EPF & ETF claim forms.
• Ensuaring 100% accuracy of employee data and proper record keeping and updating HRIS on a regular basis.
• Monitor staff absenteeism and submit for VOP, system deletion as appropriate.
• Employees’ welfare, engagement, planing and execution other HR related events.
• Preparing HR related correspondent letters based on the employee request.
• Prepare HR related reports.
  

Candidate Profile:

• A Degree/Professional qualifications in Human Resource from a recognized university / institute.
• An excellent command of the English language [ written & oral]
• Minimum 6 months intership experience in a FMCG / manufacturing background an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office [ Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook ]
• Must be detail oriented.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and multitasking skills.
• Candidate should have strong selt motivation.
• Integrity is of utmost importance in this role to handle sensitive information with descretion.
