Trainee Business Analyst/Project Manager

The Trainee Business Analyst / Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing business processes and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance both analytical and project delivery responsibilities to ensure the success of the overall project. On the Job training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to either improve or develop software solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD / SRS) and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology / Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
