- 2 years+ Call Center Experience
- Prior experience in using call handling software will be an added advantage
- A degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be a plus
- MS Office Package skills
- Prefer candidates near Kottawa
- Able to work under pressure, meet targets, and solve problems effectively
- Preferably from Kottawa or nearby
