Job Profile

• Field visit and providing high-level technical support and advice for customers, or individuals in need of assistance.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems, applications and all kinds of IT devices.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, CCTV, and printer faults, and replacing parts as required.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals and coordinate with hardware software vendors.
• Conducting preventive maintenance routines and services (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, CCTV).
  

Candidate Profile

• Should possess a certification or diploma in computer hardware and network field.
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in a similar capacity and trainees are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Smart classroom solutions, Wi-Fi, network configurations etc. would be an added advantage.
• Having a motorcycle drivers license would be advantageous.
