Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Techlead / Project Manager to lead our development team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development of web applications, driving business growth through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software engineers, Ul/UX designers, and QA teams.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects.
• Provide technical expertise on PHP, Laravel, React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, API Development.
• Implement monitoring tools and strategies to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Ensure best practices in web and software development, including HRIS, LMS, and ERP systems.
  

Leadership & Strategy

• Manage a cross-functional team of 10+ professionals across development and digital marketing.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align development and marketing strategies with business objectives.
  
• Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT and digital marketing, with 3+ years in managerial roles.
• Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, React.js, Vue.js, AWS, API Development.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive business growth through technology and marketing innovations.
