System Engineer

As a System Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining system reliability, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations. We’re looking for someone proactive, technically skilled, and customer focused.

What we need

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Azure AD.
• Set up laptops and support onboarding for new and existing employees.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and minimize system downtime.
• Manage IT procurement, inventory, and maintain user documentation.
• Support system upgrades, technology rollouts, and IT projects.
  

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience with strong Microsoft tech skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and a customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards (added advantage).
• Adaptable, resourceful, and a team player.
