Senior Customer Care Executives

Sterling BPO Solutions (Pvt.) Limited, located at Seeduwa, provides business process outsourcing services to companies locally and internationally. We offer a full range of Business Process Outsourcing services including Telemarketing, Sales Lead generation, Customer Care Services, Web Development, Software Development, and many more services.

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals who have practical experience in Customer Care Operations to work for Australian projects from 4.30 am to 2.30 pm, in Sri Lankan time, Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Care Executives, you will play a key role in keeping the team organized and caught up with backend workload such as processing valuable client data, managing the invoicing process, assisting in reference checking, and collecting/updating all appraisal-related documents.

The ideal Candidate should possess

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience working in a professional business setup
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and lateral thinking
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships through spoken and written communication
  • Manage spreadsheets

Working Time

Australian Standard working hours are 4.30 am to 2.30 pm (SL time, including 01-hour break), Monday to Friday, in accordance with the Australian Calendar with regards to public holidays (with exceptions for important Sri Lankan holidays)
