THE JOB
- Develop, formulate and implement sustainable plans in order to achieve laid down business goals and objectives whilst evaluating current market trends/conditions
- To provide effective and proactive leadership to the team in order to achieve their business and financial objectives whilst setting appropriate budgets and action plans and thereby increase revenue and profits
- To ensure effective collaboration of the leasing Centre, other leasing units/branches, departments for customer acquisition and to improve customer service, satisfaction.
- To develop and implement marketing and sales strategies by analyzing current and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all lending transactions as per the company policies and procedures.
THE PERSON
- Should possess minimum 07 years’ working experience in a reputed NBFI or bank
- Managerial experience with at least 03 years of people management experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Business Management or any other equivalent professional qualification: MBA would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge in best industry practices, specializing in banking / financial services with a proven sales track record
- Customer-centric and passionate for sales
- Flexible, innovative, and a person with an outgoing personality with excellent leadership skills
