The Profile
• Assist the full spectrum of HR functions
• Responsible for handling and implementing the HRIS of the company
• Assist Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Process of the company
• Assist in HR operational activities
• Facilitate Talent Management Process of the company
• Involve in HR Analytics and Dashboards
The Person
- A Degree or a professional qualification from a recognized University / Institution
- Minimum 05 years experience in a similar capacity ( Experience in the Banking / Finance sector would be a distinct advantage )
- Conversant with employment-related legislations
- Experience in handling payroll will be an added advantage
- Dynamic result oriented go-getter who enjoys working in a highly competitive and challenging environment
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
