THE JOB ROLE
- Payroll processing, statutory payments and financial & non-financial benefits management
- Effectively plan, oversee and monitor daily operational and administrative activities
- Assist to the Head of Human Resources in developing Human Resource policies and procedures
- Timely Preparation of HR reports / HR Dashboard for effective decision making
- Statutory compliance related to HRM ( Labour Legislation / C.B.S.L and relevant bodies)
- Manage HRIS with processing employee data, generating reports, managing system upgrades maintaining data integrity and take ownership in developing key modules in HRIS with the coordinating of relevant parties
- Oversee staff welfare and other administration activities in the company and be proactive for all staff concerns
THE PERSON
- A recognized Professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum 05 years of working experience and Experience in Finance industry will be preferred
- Experience in hSenid HRIS would be an added advantage
- Conversant with modern HR practices and Labour Laws/ Regulations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with report writing skills
