Customer Experience Executive
SocioLadder is a Global Technology & Consulting Services leader in the Humanitarian, Charity, and Social Development Sectors, providing critical value to a global cross-section of stakeholders including Corporate CSR, Charitable Foundations, Philanthropists, Non-Governmental Organizations, Government Agencies, and Development Sector Institutions aimed at amplifying Social Impact. SocioPay is a retail charity-themed payment application, which has been launched in the UAE, as a part of the SocioLadder initiative.
Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to update and maintain information about SocioPay’s merchant partners.
Customer Experience Executive responsibilities include collecting and entering information in SocioPay’s system database and maintaining accurate records of the same. The ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. One of the important aspects of the job will be to apply an application of mind & exercise ingenuity to understand input in different formats (mostly in the form of restaurant menus) and convert it to standard output (in SocioPay system) to provide a uniform experience for SocioPay customers & merchants.
Responsibilities
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from the source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Effective communication with SocioPay colleagues in UAE to coordinate any information. Be able to set up MS Teams meetings talk in English and arrive at meaningful outcomes
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
- Be a self-starter without looking for guidance
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
