Snr Executive- HR & Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and follow HR processes and procedures
  • Handling employee relations at all levels (Executive Employee)
  • Direct all hiring and <raining procedures for new employees
  • Monitor employee progress a. stay abreast a company clime. and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Attending to welfare, health and safety matters of employees
  • Grievance handling, coordinate training and monitoring on Me job training
  • Handling hSenid time attendance system for benefits administration
  • Achieving maintaining HR metrics by minimizing absenteeism 5 LTO for maximum employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resource management from a recognized university or equivalent is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in all aspects of HRM a. IR, of which at least 3 years in a strategic leadership level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala, added advantage knowledge In Tamil.
