Junior HR Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Engage in employee opinion surveys and other HR key result areas
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or any other Professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of HR
- Should have a good command of English (Oral & Written)
- Must be a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office Package
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
