Junior HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Engage in employee opinion surveys and other HR key result areas

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any other Professional qualification in HRM
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of HR
  • Should have a good command of English (Oral & Written)
  • Must be a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
