HR Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other staff members.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Engage in employee opinion surveys and other HR key result areas.
Job Requirements
- Currently following a Bachelor’s Degree or any other Professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum of one year of experience in the field of HR
- Should have a good command of English ( Oral & Written)
- Must be a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office Package
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
