HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other staff members.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Engage in employee opinion surveys and other HR key result areas.

Job Requirements

  • Currently following a Bachelor’s Degree or any other Professional qualification in HRM
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the field of HR
  • Should have a good command of English ( Oral & Written)
  • Must be a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
