Account Assistant (Female)

A leading Ship Supplier is seeking to recruit dynamic, hardworking, and result-oriented personnel in the following capacity.

Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Part qualification in AAT/CA/ACCA/CMA/Degree
• Proven working experience as an Accounts Assistant/Trainee
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience in handling Debtors and payment collection
• Excellence in written and spoken English
• Knowledge and experience m accounting software, preferably QuickBooks and administration skills
• Experience in an Audit Firm will be an added advantage

Job role

• Ensure smooth Invoicing function
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customer
• Maintaining Cash Floats
• Manage accounting operations of General payments, AIR, and GL
• May require to prepare Ad-hoc reports
• Maintaining of files relating to Customers and General payments
• Quarterly VAT, NBT return submission, and Annual Income Tax Return Submission
