The prospective candidates should

• Possess a minimum of three passes in G.C.E A/L examination and Credit passes for English and Mathematics in G.C.E O/Level examination
• Be computer literate
• Be below 25 years of age
• Have a good command of written and spoken English, Sinhala, and /or Tamil
• Be a good team player
