SENIOR USER EXPERIENCE ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Degree in IT from a recognized institution
• Three or more years of relevant experience
• Good experience in the telecommunication domain, software quality assurance techniques and project management techniques

Primary duties & responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute test cases to provide the technical confirmation reports and ensure the readiness of customer interaction modes
• Conduct frequent training programs for stakeholders on new products and systems
• Supervise customer interface management activities
• Assure the total Quality and customers’ perspective to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend UATs to ensure the technical functionality through (UXA) test cases
