Senior Software Engineer -Java

Our client is one of the leading Insurance companies which is located in Colombo.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of 00P, design patterns, and best coding practices.
• Experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with message queues (Kaf ka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong knowledge of Cl/CD pipelines, Gin and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in agile development environments.
• Experience in React/Angular for frontend integration.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and gRPC.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
