Senior Manager – Finance

Sanasa Life Insurance Company PLLC, a leading player in the
insurance industry committed to empowering communities, is
seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and results-driven
professional to join our team as Senior Manager (Finance).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, including IRCSL guidelines.
• Manage internal controls, risk management processes, and financial audits.
• Liaise with auditors and other relevant regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and
  organizational sustainability.

• Qualifications & Experience
• A recognized professional qualification in Finance/Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree
• would be an added advantage).
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial position, preferably in the
• insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and Sri Lankan financial regulations.
