SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST-TECHNICAL
DIGITAL PROJECTS
Job Role:
The ideal candidate should be able to provide solutions aligning business and technology to drive success. The poisition requires proficiency in stakeholder management technical documentation (process flows, wireframes UMLI, and a solution-oriented approach, and transforming ideas into actionable solutions through workshops, demos and stakeholder engagement will be an Innovative aspect of the Job role. Additionally, the candidate should mentor junior analysts support change management and contribute to DIMO’s digital transformation efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree In Business information Systems Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of technical business analysis experience, including 1 year in a senior role working on technical solutions
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green belt or higher is required
- Ability to design and customize scalable Power Apps solutions (Canvas and model-driven) to meet business needs
- Certifications in PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as Power Apps Developer or Power Platform App Maker, will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently effectively with all organizational levels
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology advancements, project delivery & industry specific solutions
