The Job

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects
• Analysis and Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the software development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Solution Design: Develop and propose effective software solutions that align with business objectives and address identified needs.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  
  • Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3.5+ years minimum industry experience
• Documents, diagram-creating, wireframe and backend skills
• Proficient in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Sprint planning, and User Story development
• B MySQL, and Oracle API creation knowledge will be an added advantage
