Screenline Holdings is a BOI registered embellishment services Provider with manufacturing locations in Sri Lanka & India. We provide innovative printing & embellishment solutions to key Apparel Manufacturers in Sri Lanka and Overseas, catering to top European & US brands. We seek a professionally qualified, dynamic, results-oriented individual with a proven track record for the below position to partner in our business expansion drive in Sri Lanka

Job Responsibilities

• All human resources, recruitment, retention, succession planning & training & development & administration activities within the company
• Responsible for strategic planning of the Plant human resources & Administration of around 500 employees in Kandy Plant
• Responsible for driving & providing leadership for factory Managers, Staff & HR Teams
• A key member of the Group HR Team driving business growth by managing the human capital
• Maintaining global legal/compliance and sustainability practices

Candidate Profile

• A degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / professional body
• Previous work experience in Apparel related manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
• Minimum of over 10 years of Work experience with least 5 years management experience in managing similar business ventures
• The preferred candidate being in the Kandy area will be added qualification
