sales executive – freight forwarding

Responsibilities

  1. identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.
  2. build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
  4. create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
  5. providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.
  6. following up on client referrals.

Requirements

  1. minimum 2 years’ experience in sales in the freight forwarding industry.
  2. part qualification in cim, slim, or any other relevant marketing qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
  3. excellent communication and good command of english.
  4. strong analytical and negotiation skills, accompanied by effective communication abilities.
  5. ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  6. strong judgement and decision-making skills.
  7. self-driven and motivated.
