Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collections in accordance with company policies.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to negotiate and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Monitoring overdue payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Contact clients to negotiate and facilitate debt recovery.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews debt recovery process’s effectiveness and comply with policies.
• A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years’experience in a similar position in the banking or non-banking financial institutions
• Ability to work well in team oriented as efficiently lead a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must possess a valid Driving License (Motorbike license preferred)
• Full or part professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or Management will be considered an added advantage.
