Recovery Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact debtors via phone, email, and mail to recover outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
• Provide regular reports to management on collections progress.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues related to debt
  
• QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 or more years experience in the held
• Bike license
• Knowledge on MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work under pressure
