Rayin Food Products (Pvt) Ltd, is a leading food manufacturer in SriLanka having its production facility and the head office in Kurunegala.
The company operates 03 production plants producing vast range of food products. The company supplies to a larger number of customers including leading supermarket chains in the country. Its distribution arm covers many regions in the country.

Assistant Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for:

• Handle the recruitment and on boarding process.
• Submitting periodic records to regulatory bodies (EPF/ETF/PAYE) and Payroll processing.
• Conducting and arranging on the job training for staff.
• Attend to all other daily HR functions.
• New policy development to strengthen the capabilities of the staff.

The ideal candidate should :

• Should possess a Diploma in HRM or Business Administration.
• More than 3 years experience in HR & Payroll.
• Good communication skill in both English / Sinhala (Written & Spoken)
• Up to date knowledge of labour laws, industrial & employee relations,
• general compliance and HR related systems
• Good with MS office package
• Ability to coach, communicate and negotiate with all level of employees
