QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD

(6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Our client is one of the leading Software companies which is located in Colombo.

Qualifications

• 6+ years overall testing experience with 2+ years in the capacity of a test lead. Automation experience is needed.
• Experience in QA Automation with Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript, Python.
  

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including performance reviews, goal setting, and skill development.
• Define and implement QA processes and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the development and execution of all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Work closely with development and product/client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
• Analyze and report on the quality of software products and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement of the QA processes and tools
