Virtual Assistant

We are Promoshin, an animation studio and creative agency based in Los Angeles that makes videos for brands like Uber, BBB, Intuit, Pfizer, NASA, Cisco, Cinemark, Kaiser, Oracle, and Microsoft. We take campaigns from start to finish, offering strategy, creativity, production, post, and marketing.

• Graphic design.
• Customer service.
• Sales.
• Video editing.
• PPC Marketing.
• Running social media campaigns.
• Blog writing.
• Simple bookkeeping tasks.

Key requirements and attributes required:

• Must be fluent in written and verbal English communication.
• Tech-savvy with experience in some of the Virtual Assistant tasks (experience is beneficial, but not a requirement).
• Passionate about film, commercials, video production, and/or marketing.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and punctual.
• Ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a polished and professional demeanor.
• Work well under pressure, and be proactive.
• Team player who is eager to succeed.
• Take responsibility.
