We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who wants to pursue strong Project Management. A career in an Agile-based Product Engineering environment. The Project Manager – Engineering will closely work with the Product Delivery Team to assist them with various activities to ensure successful and efficient delivery. The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and tracking Agile Release Trains
• Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings
• Conducting all Agile-scrum Ceremonies and maintaining Artifacts consistently
• Action Item follow up from various meetings and gatherings
• Maintain Jira Dashboards and project backlogs
• Maintain RAID records and take proactive measures
• Maintain Risk Registers for Release trains
• Providing administrative support to Special Projects/Programs

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in CS/IT/IS/SE or Equivalent
• 4+ Years of experience in the Software Development Industry ( Dev, QAT BA, L2 etc. )
• 2+ Years of PM/Scrum Master Experience handling multiple teams
• Experience in G-Suite, Jira, Trello, MS-Project, and MS Office Packages
• A fast learner with soft skills such as EQ, multitasking, time management, etc
• Solid Project Management and Agile/Scrum Knowledge is a must
• PMP/CAPM credentials are required
• Any certification such as PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM will be an advantage
• MBA from a recognized university will be beneficial
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated individual with Leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
